Oh how I love this sweet lady! Krista and I became friends while sharing a cubical and working at MSA, she named me “cubie” and still to this day calls me that, and I LOVE it! I was a crazy first time pregnant women, and she was a fun young college student. We were closer than most sisters and I loved getting to share my day with her! When she met Darren I wanted to (and still do) contact Nicholas Sparks and pitch him his next best selling novel…and probably movie! I decided my role would be played by Drew Barrymore or Ginnifer Goodwin, I think we decided Krista would be Jennifer Garner and Darren would be Ashton Kutcher…we didn’t have a whole lot to do back in those days!!! I was SURE her life was going to turn into a movie, and she would just roll her eyes at me! Anyone who is reading this and knows how the two of them met, fell in love, and now have this amazing beautiful family will agree this would be a box office hit! Fast forward ALOT of years.
